These are all too common, especially for Engineering Executives.
Who am I?
I worked at some of the most well known engineering companies in the world. I grew up around some of the greatest leaders in the field and developed my own leadership style based on what I knew at the time. I’ve been on the front lines making difficult decisions, solving challenging problems, and rallying entire companies are large change management activities.
Why work with me?
I am a rare breed of logic and heart. I tap into my own experiences and deep transformational coaching and workshop skills. I speak truth to power and help my clients increase their self-awareness, set powerful intentions, and then move into uncharted action territory to have results they only could dream of. In my own journey, I have cultivated both Inner and Outer Leadership. (I/O Leadership)

3) Champion execution to show your commitment, develop concrete strategies, and give people a sense of achievement.
When leaders develop their inner and outer leadership skills and characteristics it results in having peace of mind and joy for themselves as well as breakthrough results, employee satisfaction and retention for their team.
